LFT-G Long-Fiber Reinforce Thermoplastic Granules production line for fiber coating with polymer

Product Description

LFT-G production line is refer to continuous glass fiber or carbon fiber is fully dipped by the hot molten

thermoplastic resin,then be pulled out into rod or strip from shaping mould head,and be cut into different length (usually

10mm~25mm) pellets. Different from the traditional production method of short fiber reinforced material, it

produces long glass fiber reinforced material, for the glass fiber does not pass the mixing process, the fiber will not be

cut short, so the length of the fiber can be as same as the length of the cut particles, which can be reached the maximum

length. By the appropriate injection molding process of glass fiber ,length can be maintained 3~5mm length (and common

short fiber reinforced plastic injection products in the glass fiber length is generally only 0.2mm~0.7mm). Long glass fiber

reinforced plastic has a higher impact strength than short fiber reinforced material, which is more rigid, and the shrinkage

rate is smaller, and the deformation is small.
